Herman Associates helps launch Fordham Center for Nonprofit Leaders and their new MS degree program

The Center for Nonprofit Leaders, sponsored by Fordham University’s Graduate Schools of Social Service and Business Administration, is the first of its kind. The Center’s combined mission is to integrate management excellence and social justice to create leaders and organizations that change society. 

Herman Associates developed a presentation kit and brochures to introduce the new Center and to explain its unique focus that empowers students to achieve a leadership position within a global environment. The design and messaging of the new promotional materials were key components of branding the new Center.

Herman Associates also created and produced a brochure to introduce the new Fordham Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership, a one-year 30-credit program that integrates social justice ideals into successful nonprofit management. In addition, we wrote and produced a brochure to explain their Executive Education Certificate Progam, a three-week overview course to help participants advance in the nonprofit world.

India’s festivals and fairs highlighted in ad campaign for Air India’s Midwest regional office

India’s year round calendar of spectacular religious and cultural festivals and regional fairs take place virtually every day of the year across the country. These stirring events are truly a memorable way to “experience” India’s rich religious and cultural diversity. That is the message of an online and print ad campaign we produced earlier this year for Air India’s Midwest headquarters.

With research showing that “Experiential travel” continues to be the “hot” trend in overseas travel, and that travel to India and other South Asian destinations remains on the upswing, Air India’s marketing efforts have been increasingly focused on attracting more leisure travel passengers. The “Festivals” campaign was part of that marketing strategy.

The campaign was comprised of behaviorally targeted banner ads appearing for 30-days on websites in the greater Chicago area and 12 other selected metro “feeder” markets. Herman Associates also produced a special landing page containing upcoming festival details and dates. The banner advertising was reinforced by full color print ads that ran in the Chicago Tribune during the course of the online campaign.

their Finance Forums


Relied upon by ship-owners, financiers, investors, ship managers, brokers, lawyers and accountants for the past 20 years, Marine Money has bridged the gap between ship-owners and the international capital markets.  The organization hosts the industry’s most important international ship finance forums and conferences.

The events, whose agendas provide valuable market intelligence and networking opportunities, are held in worldwide locations that are the centers for ship-owning and building, and the formation of capital.

A series of e-mail blasts developed by Herman Associates are used to announce the annual Superyacht Finance Forums to Marine Money’s target audiences, and are a key tool to encourage their attendance at the events.
